1. The science is very influence in all the thing that we do, because the science try to discover how doing our life more efficient, and the video is a example how the psychology (science) help us improve our productivity changing our habits to do our work.

ResponderBorrar1. Science can study the best music players for example and then research in their rutine to discover what is that particular thing they are doing well, after that, create certains rules and experiment if they are general rules for everyone.
2. Ego depletion is when you tell: "I want to do it", "I´m going to try harder" a lot of times, but that is not enough, and you feel tire and you can´t complete all the task.
3.For example not doing multitasking, dividing goals in pices, taking breaks, start the things as soon as you can.
4.I think I´m very productive but not all the time, and I can improve it if I just turn off my phone and close facebook and all those distractions.

2 Ego depletion happens when you have the willpower to start or continue a task but you’re too tired to do it so you excuse yourself and the resolution is cero productivity.

Start working is the first and more essential step, then the person should write a final deadline to his project or work, after that it helps to complete small parts of the work one by one so the mind is not stressed by the amount of work missing, finally the person should do all this concentrated and avoiding multi-tasking.
4 No I’m not always productive, I already knew these tips, but my problem is that I do a lot of multitasking, and take exceptional long brakes between tasks. Also, I work better under pressure, so much of the work I do I do it in a small amount of time to complete it before reaching the deadline. Example: this homework.

When you are trying to convince yourself about doing something, but then the will power is just over, you get tired of trying.

a. Get started: Before starting a project you think that they are huge, so you waste time in nonproductive things, but after starting it you have to finish it.
b. Deliberate practice: Focus on the hardest tasks and work for a period of time and then give yourself a break, and is very important to have a schedule and be really disciplined with it. A way for starting being disciplined is giving yourself a deadline.
c. Stop Multi-tasking: make a list at night of the tasks you want to accomplish the other day

No, definitely I have all the problems that the video showed. And although I have heard before many of the tips the video gave, I think it would be great to start practicing them, but I think that the most important thing to be productive is to have motivation with the task you are doing. So I think that I am going to start following the steps of the video and also searching harder for a real motivation.

Well, because of the research made by scientist specialized in psychology all the data and tips shown in the last video could be propagated around the World, helping thousands to be more productive in the process. Although, if we get more technical it is science too who made possible that procrastination inducers like YouTube existed in the first place.
